In our clients' own words.

The calibre of the site management team has been first rate and drawn considerable praise from Senior Leadership site visits from the Cladding Safety Scheme, who have referred to the Royal View project as an example of good practice within the cladding remediation sector.

We have found CBG to be an exceptionally co-operative and professional organisation who actively demonstrate an ongoing commitment to excellence in the projects they deliver. Working with us on complex public sector projects, their teams have excelled not only in their technical competence and experience in project delivery, but also in areas such as leaseholder and client engagement, which is essential in the projects we deliver.

We find CBG to be a highly collaborative, professional and valued supply chain member and would not hesitate to recommend them as an excellent principal contractor.

To say that they stand out head and shoulders above other major contractors I have instructed in the past is perhaps an understatement. They have been outstanding, and as we reach the end of the re-cladding we have instructed them to undertake the re-rendering of the building.

The reason for this is that the management team have kept me fully informed and up to date and instantly address issues. However, perhaps one of the main differences with other companies of this size is the workers themselves. They have been great with the residents, who have all sung their praises. Well done CBG.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to potential clients.

The quality of CBG's workmanship was consistently high, complemented by effective and transparent communication with the client team. They fielded a competent, dedicated team and maintained regular contact with us, which ensured smooth project coordination and efficient issue resolution.

CBG demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, adhering to rigorous safety standards throughout the project. It's worth noting that CBG was proactive in addressing and rectifying defects left by a previous contractor — their attention to detail and thoroughness provided peace of mind that all safety and regulatory requirements were met.

The project was delivered safely and within the agreed budget, and the outcome has greatly improved the overall safety and integrity of the building. Based on this experience, we confidently recommend CBG Construction for similar cladding remediation projects.

I meant what I said in my remarks about the professionalism of you and your team and the excellent partnership throughout to deliver a fabulous project.

All the comments I received were very positive about the development and the impact it's had. Most definitely a job done well!

Roy exhibited a high degree of commitment to the project and professionalism in discharging all aspects of his role on the scheme. He demonstrated a flexible and knowledgeable approach to dealing with the numerous technical challenges that arose during the works, and was equally comfortable when engaging with the employer's team, residents and other stakeholders.

In summary, I believe that Roy was an excellent fit for this project and well represented CBG Construction. It has been a pleasure to work with him.
