Our story

A decade of earned trust.

CBG Construction was formed in 2014 by Managing Director Matthew Kavanagh-Clarke. Our early work in the education and residential sectors built a reputation for high-quality, professional delivery — and a repeat business rate that still exceeds 80%.

As the industry changed after Grenfell, we changed with it — investing early in the systems, competence and digital infrastructure that building safety now demands. Today, façade remediation on occupied buildings is our core specialism, delivered nationwide from three offices.
