A new science block over four floors, providing four laboratories, a preparation room and new building services. Delivered under a traditional contract while the school remained open.
Physical separation of the works and deliveries planned around the school timetable helped protect day-to-day teaching. Close collaboration with the school and professional team supported the project through to handover.
