Own the design process on façade remediation and building safety projects, from Gateway submissions through to as-built information.

What you will do

  • Manage and coordinate the design team, consultants and specialist subcontractors
  • Control the design programme, RFIs and the release of information to site
  • Support Building Safety Regulator Gateway submissions and the golden thread
  • Review design for buildability, cost and compliance before it reaches site
  • Run design review meetings and keep clients informed

What we need

  • Proven design management experience on UK construction projects
  • Knowledge of façade systems, fire safety and Building Safety Act requirements
  • Confident with Revit, Navisworks or similar coordination tools
  • Clear communicator who works well with residents, clients and consultants

Site ManagerNationwide / project based  ·  Full time · Permanent

Lead the day-to-day delivery of live remediation and refurbishment projects, keeping the site safe, on programme and to the standard we promise.

What you will do

  • Run the site day to day, including programme, labour and supply chain
  • Lead health and safety on site and keep records up to date
  • Carry out recorded quality inspections against the project quality plan
  • Manage logistics and access on occupied and constrained sites
  • Keep residents, clients and the wider team informed and on side

What we need

  • Experience managing sites, ideally in façade, refurbishment or occupied buildings
  • SMSTS and a current CSCS card (Black or Gold)
  • First aid and a strong health and safety record
  • Calm, organised and respected by the trades on site
