Meeting residents across our London projects

It was great to meet residents across some of our London projects at Iceland Wharf, City Heights and The View during recent meet & greet sessions with our Resident Liaison Officer, Louise Wiggins.

Louise has been visiting our sites across London to meet residents, introduce the team, answer questions and provide updates on what they can expect as the works progress.

These visits provide an important opportunity to listen to residents, understand their concerns and maintain clear, open communication throughout the works. Building positive relationships with residents is a key part of delivering successful projects in occupied buildings.

Pre-construction

PCSA secured for a high-rise development in Battersea

We’re pleased to announce that CBG Construction has secured a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for a high-rise development in Battersea, London.

This appointment marks the beginning of the next stage of collaboration with our client and project team, working together through the pre-construction phase to develop the project and prepare for delivery.

We’re looking forward to progressing the project and continuing to build strong relationships with our clients and project partners.

A new chapter for CBG Construction

We’re pleased to announce that our Southern Head Office has moved to larger premises in Steyning, West Sussex, reflecting our continued growth and future ambitions.

The new office provides additional space to support our expanding team, strengthen collaboration and build on the progress we continue to make as a business.

Project update

Grand Ocean II, Saltdean | Project progress update

Excellent progress continues at Grand Ocean II, with all four buildings now fully stripped of their existing render and installation of the new render system underway.

Scaffolding is now complete across all four blocks, with sheathing board replacement progressing on the final two blocks.

Over the next two months, our focus will be on advancing the installation of the new render system and rainscreen cladding across the development, continuing progress towards completion of the external façade works.

Another positive milestone for the team as works continue across this major façade remediation project.
