Comprehensive cladding remediation to Blocks 1 and 2 at Farnborough for Key Property Investments (Number One) Limited, covering both the residential and the hotel buildings on the site.
All existing EPS and PIR-rendered cladding was removed from both buildings and replaced with non-combustible insulation, finished with a high-quality re-render.
Two occupied buildings in different use classes — residential and hotel — meant two different sets of constraints running in parallel, and a programme built around keeping both operational.
During the works we identified and rectified defects left by a previous contractor, bringing the affected areas into full compliance with building control requirements. The scheme was delivered safely and within the agreed budget.
