The brief
A live external wall remediation scheme on an occupied residential block in Bootle, Merseyside — one of the first projects delivered from our Manchester office.
Site establishment came first: hoarding, welfare and a compound laid out on a constrained plot beside a live residential street, with resident access maintained from day one.
Scaffold has been raised progressively up the elevations, allowing the existing external wall build-up to be stripped and reinstated floor by floor while the building remains fully occupied.
Progress is recorded from the air at each stage, giving the client a clear, dated record of the programme as it advances — and giving residents something concrete to see.
