We successfully delivered the upgrading / replacement of the insulation and cladding at Union Wharf, an occupied residential block in London. The project was secured via a two-stage tender, with CBG completing the design development to RIBA Stage 5.
The works included the removal of the existing render system and non-compliant insulation, replaced with a new EWI insulation system. The existing timber decking was removed and replaced with an A rated aluminium decking. A new BBA compliant soffit cladding system was completed to the car park.
