CBG successfully delivered this external refurbishment to 3 blocks of low-rise flats right next to the sea in Bracklesham Bay, near Chichester. The works included removal of the existing cladding and render with a replacement insulated render system (EWI), replacement flat roof, concrete repairs and new balustrades to the balconies.
All works were carried out with the flats in occupation throughout.
