CBG successfully delivered the new Co-op store to shell & core under a Design and Build form of contract on a brownfield site in New Romney. CBG completed both the structural and external landscaping elements of work.
The new store construction is a single storey steel frame with metal cladding and pitched roof. A glazed entrance was installed at the front of the building and hard landscaping undertaken to provide a new parking area for customers.
The new store, built on a derelict site has provided valuable jobs to the local economy as well as provide an important amenity for local residents.
