Carriage Grove, Liverpool

CBG is currently undertaking a façade remediation project at Carriage Grove in Liverpool, a six-storey, fully occupied residential development located in Bootle. The works are being delivered over a 60-week programme, with a contract value of £4.3 million The scope involved full removal of combustible render and EPS insulation, followed by installation of a non-combustible A-rated EWI system. Masonry brickwork using traditional construction method is being used for key elevations and integrations with structural openings, window/door reveals and cavity details.

The managing agent and residents praised our high standard of communication and the low impact of the works on daily life. Our phasing strategy and maintained access to entrances were noted as key factors in resident satisfaction.
