Brighton College

Brighton College is a Grade II listed independent school, catering for children between the ages of 13 and 18. Continuing our close relationship with Brighton College we successfully delivered a high specification contract to refurbish the School Head’s House & Fenwick buildings.

The works consisted of the internal refurbishment of bathrooms, bedrooms & common areas. Completed in just 8-weeks, the works consisted of stripping out multiple areas of the buildings over several floors. Non-structural reconfiguration of the partitions was carried out to create the new spaces. A complete services package was included to create new toilet facilities alongside cubicle partitioning, new sanitary-ware and a complete redecoration package throughout. The works were complete in 8-weeks enabling the College the use of the buildings during the Summer holidays.
